Villa Ibiza

The villa is built in the manner of an old finca, with thick whitewashed walls, small deep-set windows and a roof of pale beams. It stands on a rise among olive and carob trees, at the end of a track, with the sea visible in the distance and the village of Santa Gertrudis a few minutes away. The pool is long and narrow, set into a terrace of white stone.

Inside, the rooms are cool and spare, with white walls, stone floors and a minimum of furniture. The living room has a long sofa, a low table and a fireplace at one end; the kitchen opens to a shaded terrace with a table for ten. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread across the main house and a small guest wing, which gives groups room to separate.
