Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to answer a booking request, run an account and keep the desk working. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Account data
If you create an account we store your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your language preference, a hash of your password, the stays you save and the requests you send. Accounts are approved by the desk before they become active.
Booking request data
When you send a request we store the property, dates, number of guests, your message and the contact details you provide. You can send a request without an account; we use those details only to reply to that request.
Payments and card data
Card payments are handled on the hosted page of the payment provider, and the site never receives or stores your card number. The provider processes that data under its own privacy policy. If you pay by bank transfer, we show you the account details and match the transfer by its payment reference.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open. Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the stay and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data and for its rectification, erasure, portability or restriction, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
